Numero IX supports the Responsible Service of Alcohol.
Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 (Vic), you must be 18 or older to purchase alcohol or to drink alcohol in a licensed venue.
If you have clicked ‘Yes’ to our initial pop-up window before accessing the website, you have declared that you are 18 or older and given us the consent to sell alcohol. Numero IX does not supply liquor to minors. All orders will require identification with proof of age to be shown upon delivery by the recipient or wherever we see necessary.

All of our cocktails are hand-poured and freshly made daily with formulised spirits and liquors. Each cocktail has its own ‘Best Before’ date that can range from 7 to 12 months – be sure to check the individual flavours for more details.
Please keep the bottle in the cool room temperature area. Once opened, we highly recommend to keep cocktails refrigerated between 4-7oC.
All our cocktails have slightly different serving suggestions and recommended serving steps. We highly recommend you serve it over ice. Please refer to the individual cocktail’s label for the best method but also don’t be afraid to explore and experience your own style.

Absolutely yes. We offer home deliver within 30km radius from our store at 28 Napier Street, Footscray.
We only cover Metro Melbourne (30km radius) at the moment. We are working hard towards bring Numero IX to all over Australia. Please check if we deliver to your postcode here
We offer free delivery within 5km radius from 28 Napier Street, Footscray, or for minimum orders of $150. Further information on delivery charges is available here
We deliver 3 days a week: Thursday, Friday & Saturday, 4pm – 8pm.
Yes, we offer same day delivery on Thursday, Friday & Saturday. Cut-off time for same day delivery is 1pm
Please order by 1pm to receive same day delivery.
You will receive a message on your delivery day about the estimated time arrival. Please reply to the message (‘Yes’ or ‘No’) if you are able to be home to receive the product. If the response is ‘No’, we are willing to reschedule the delivery time without any surcharge. If the response is ‘Yes’, we will see you there!
All orders are aimed to be delivered to a person and they cannot be left unattended due to it being an alcoholic product. All orders also require the age verification. If you are not home, we will take the product(s) back and rearrange the delivery with you. Refer to our delivery and shipping schedule and please arrange as per your convenience. Any lastminute changes may occur re-dispatching fee
We totally understand that life can sway you around! Simply call 0390 057 985 or email orders@numeroix.com.au at least 3 hours prior your ETA to re-schedule the delivery time and avoid re-dispatch shipping cost. Our delivery time is scheduled from Thursday-Saturday 4pm-8pm.

No. We deliver to you as minimum as 1 bottle.

All orders can be picked up between 1pm to 6pm, Wednesday to Saturday at 28 Napier Street, Footscray. Please note pickup time must be booked in advance.
RETURNS/ EXCHANGE
We only accept return for faulty product or incorrect product supply within 25 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and the same condition that you received it and you must provide a proof of purchase.
No. As this is a consumable product, it cannot be exchanged or returned for a change of mind.
Yes you will need to cover for the return shipping cost. You can also make an appointment to drop it off at our bar at 28 Napier Street, Foorscray. Numero IX is not responsible for shipping costs occurring in event of any returns.
